My name is Madiha and I am an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Trainer and Nutrition Adviser. I am also a recipe developer, food lover, photographer, and author of Mad Smoothie - simple, fast and healthy plant based protein and superfood homemade smoothies. 

I am passionate about performance and improving human life. I believe that anyone can positively change themselves and their bodies, and I will teach you how to feel healthier, more confident and start to live an active and balanced lifestyle.
