At Beyond Biomechanics LLC, we’re committed to providing a safe, consistent, and results-driven training environment. Please review the following membership policies carefully.

1. General Membership Terms

1.1 All members must sign a valid Membership Agreement and Liability Waiver before beginning any services.
1.2 Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
1.3 Members must remain in good standing—meaning payments are current and no violations exist—to access training or services.

2. Session Scheduling & Expiration

2.1 Sessions must be paid in advance to be scheduled.
2.2 Any sessions not used by the expiration date listed on the agreement will be forfeited.
2.3 Recurring session packages are only valid after the successful processing of each payment.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

3.1 Clients may cancel a session without penalty if done 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be marked as used or charged a cancellation fee.
3.3 Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may forfeit their session at the trainer’s discretion.

4. Trainer Substitution

4.1 Beyond Biomechanics reserves the right to assign a qualified substitute trainer in the event of staff absence or schedule conflicts.

5. Billing, Fees & Payment Policy

5.1 An annual $49.99 maintenance fee will be charged three months after your start date.
5.2 Any failed or late payments will incur a $35 service fee.
5.3 Delinquent accounts may be referred to collections and may result in suspension of services.

6. Auto-Renewal (Evergreen Clause)

6.1 Memberships automatically renew month-to-month at the end of the initial contract period.
6.2 To avoid renewal, you must submit a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

7. Membership Cancellation

7.1 You may cancel within 3 business days of signing the agreement for a full refund.
7.2 Beyond this window, cancellation may be subject to prorated fees or outstanding balances as per your agreement.
7.3 Cancellations for medical reasons or death must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.

8. Minor Clients & Parental Consent

8.1 Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the agreement and liability waiver.
8.2 The parent or guardian assumes full legal responsibility for the minor’s participation.

9. Conduct & Safety

9.1 Clients must follow all safety instructions from trainers and staff.
9.2 Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
