What Is Move Like a Hero
Move Like a Hero is a movement based educational program designed to help children develop strength, coordination, mobility, and confidence through fun, structured activities. The program is inspired by the Beyond Biomechanics Five Phase Method and translates movement science into age appropriate games, stories, and challenges.


Children learn how their bodies move, how to control their muscles, and how to build strength safely while having fun. Every session is designed to support physical development, emotional confidence, and lifelong movement habits.

The Five Phase Hero Journey
Move Like a Hero follows the same proven framework used with athletes and adults at Beyond Biomechanics, adapted for children.

Phase One: Awareness

Phase Two: Mobility
Fun stretching and movement games improve joint mobility and flexibility, helping children move freely and comfortably.

Phase Three: Control

Phase Four: Strength
Age appropriate bodyweight exercises build strength, resilience, and confidence without pressure or excessive load.
