Phase 1: Assessment & Screening

Phase 3: Neuromuscular Reeducation
Reinforce proper motor patterns through drills that engage the brain and body. Improve coordination, timing, proprioception, and movement control.
Phase 4: Progressive Strength Integration
Apply strength and load progressively, with focus on quality over quantity. Prioritize stability, joint control, and muscle recruitment under functional demands.
Phase 5: Performance Reintegration & Independence
