With more than 25 years of experience in personal training, biomechanics, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and movement rehabilitation, Carlos brings a structured, science based approach to every client’s plan.
His professional background includes extensive education in human movement, performance training, injury prevention, corrective exercise, sports conditioning, and coaching. This foundation allows Beyond Biomechanics to serve clients with a method that is practical, individualized, and focused on long term results.
